Replica of the NUUK KAYAK CLUB'S 'Old Frame'
I surveyed this kayak in Nuuk, 2000, during the Greenland National Kayaking Championships. It is apparently a kayak from Nuuk from around the 1950s, and it is hanging in the local clubhouse. It measures 16'9-1/8" long, 19-7/16" wide, and 7-5/8" depth to sheer. A scale drawing of this kayak appears in Kayaks of Greenland.
